As promised in my November newsletter, here is my first post for Food Friday. I am starting with a Pumpkin-Cream Cheese Truffles recipe from Whole Food Market. I have always enjoyed the flavors of this recipe, and, truthfully, because it is an excuse to buy those wonderful ginger cookies from World Market. AND, can I just tell you how much I love Ghirardelli White Melting Wafers? I "discovered" them when I gathered the ingredients to make these truffles this year. Those little wafers of goodness melt so beautiful and creamy, I know they are going to be my "go-to" melting chocolate for holiday baking this year. Enjoy!
